The most useful thing I bring to a new team is curiosity and an ability to build. I listen before I act. I learn the culture, the history, and what people care about before I propose a solution. What usually follows is a pattern: finding the real constraint, designing a system to address it, and then driving adoption.

Both partnership frameworks are built from the same methodology, adapted to different industries. The healthcare portfolio draws on clinical experience at NYU Bellevue and behavioral health work at a residential crisis facility. The AI portfolio draws on scaling partner ecosystems at Amazon/AWS (40+ enterprise partners, 300% adoption growth) and O’Reilly Media ($1.7M ARR, 250+ technology user groups).

Consulting Foundation (1998–2004)

Three case studies from an independent consulting practice built while still in college, starting at Lincoln Financial Advisors and MassMutual agencies. Industry demand for the methodology led to engagements across financial services, law, healthcare, and accounting. Structured client diagnostics, change management driving 82% adoption among 42 fee-based planners ($640K+ in new advisory fees, 11% LCR), and productizing consulting into tiered service models ($120K flagship engagement). The methodology behind everything that came after.

Early AI Enterprise Adoption: Mechanical Turk & CrowdFlower (AWS, 2008)

Business development for Amazon Mechanical Turk when human-in-the-loop labeling was still finding its name. Built the champion network and enterprise advisory motion that took an unfamiliar primitive and made it a credible production tool for early ML teams. CrowdFlower (later Figure Eight) was an anchor account. The original template for everything I now do around enterprise AI community and advocacy.
